Today, I talk about why having a quick fix mentality can be harmful to our recovery from chronic illness, pain, & trauma.
I share some reasons I believe quick-fix solutions or approaches can be harmful to us & how we can accept those more challenging seasons along our journeys.
After having a week and a half of pure exhaustion and increased pain, this episode was created as an essential reminder.
The reminder that no matter how much we wish we could control our bodies and recovery, we cannot.
see, we can do everything right & still see a decline in our health. It is NOT our fault.
I hope you enjoy this episode because it almost didn't happen.
Thanks,
Until next week,
Amanda Grabb

If so, I am sorry & I encourage you to check out episode 8, Medical Trauma & Healing.
Today's episode is one of many I hope to do moving forward to help you become a confident advocate for your care.

I talk about ten strategies, suggestions & ways we can go from feeling defeated & nervous advocating for our care to feeling like we have more control & say in the direction our care goes.
If you are ready to slowly but surely receive the support in a one-on-one capacity to enable you to feel confident or less defeated when it comes to your care, I am the coach for you.
