In part 2 of a really fun podcast with my sister Jaime Hanson, we go deeper into what it means to not only be a woman in society but a Mother and how we will only be free and fully the people we are meant to be when we start listening to and trusting ourselves instead of society. We also talk about how beautiful and incredibly exciting it is to be a Hummingbird and how scary but brave it is to follow your curiosity instead of the norm. And how it is up to oneself to find the meaning and define what success in your life looks like. We also struggle to say the word Patent! I hope you enjoy this very special podcast with a very special person.

In this Podcast we get to chat with my incredible older sister Jaime Hanson. We get to chatting about love, taking risks and how sometimes thing don't work out and that is okay. We also talk about how sometimes the people you are closest too and have the greatest bond with, live all the way across oceans from you. We also learn how Jaime has defined Motherhood and what it means to be a Mom for herself, instead of choosing to listen to what the world is telling her what Motherhood is. Enjoy this very special podcast filled with love, laughter and a little bit of forgetfulness!

If you hadn't heard of them yet then you have been living under a rock my friend! Crosscurrent is an incredibly talented and unique South African Band that doesn't let the word "genre" defy them. They have played at festivals like Rocking The Daisies and have even had the pleasure of meeting and jamming out with bands like The Kiffness and Shortstraw! They are also the raddest group of guys I have ever met. Today's podcast we get ask some deep questions on what life is truly like being in a band and we even get to share some never before heard stories on what really happened behind the scenes of the music video "Boho Boy" that I had the great pleasure of shooting with them! Sit back, enjoy and get ready to have a few chuckles along the way! Also make sure to check out their new single "New Day" that will be released tomorrow!

Has anyone ever asked you "What's your Passion?"... And you wanted to throw a rock at them because you're so tired of hearing this question and not knowing the answer, and then! You get reminded of how that means you're basically failing at life and adulting? Well I have... Plenty of times! But then I discovered that I am what some call a Hummingbird, and then I got to find out how being a Hummingbird is almost like having a cool superpower...
Love, Shan.
The second part of this podcast with my extraordinary cousin is about life's beautiful curve balls it throws you and that sometimes the plan you have for yourself is not the plan the universe has installed for you. We also talk about the hilarious and painstakingly hard moments of adulting and how sometimes you just gotta laugh through the hard times and embrace the suck!
Love, Shan
Luisa Reilly is probably one of the coolest, most badass women I know and I get to call her family because, she is my cousin! Today, we dive deep into what it's like to travel on your own to new and different countries. The beautiful and heartbreakingly hard parts of learning to love someone and yourself. And how you will only truly be happy in your own skin once you've embraced every single part of you. Enjoy this episode filled with great vulnerability and a lot of giggles.
Love,
Shan
Do you remember your first childhood best friend? Well, Suné was mine. We moved to different countries around the same age and somehow both ended up in Cape Town! Today we are chatting about the ups and downs of constantly being "the new kid" and how Make-up isn't just something you put your face, it's art... We also get deep into body positivity and how sometimes you just need to have a Kit-Kat and say I did my best today!
Hope you enjoy this podcast filled with lots of laughs and nostalgia.

Disappointment is a major factor in all of our lives. We never want to disappoint our family, our friends or our loved ones. But what about when it comes to disappointing ourselves? Today we are going to be talking about how sometimes it's okay and even necessary to disappoint others over ourselves.
Lots of love
