This was a spur of the moment podcast that I felt called to talk through today with the cosmic reset energies that are coming up this weekend as well as conversations and downloads that have been coming through for me over the past few weeks. I have a few friends (we all have these friends right) where we have been sending voice notes back and forth and just having deep conversations - let’s be real we have joked that our messages back and forth could (and maybe should) be podcast episodes because of A). The depth and insights that are coming through but also B). the real authenticity and intuitive processes that have come through from just these voice notes back and forth.

In light of all things cosmic reset happening this coming weekend I wanted to share a behind the scenes look at some of these conversations that we have been having as well as give some tangible tools, energy check in and things you can do to make the most of this eclipse portal and cosmic reset.

First off - Let’s look at the cosmic crazy coming in:

1). We started off this last month with a new moon in Virgo - Virgo focuses on themes related to Routine, the day to day, practical spirituality, the body & health - this is all a focus throughout the month of Virgo - the new moon energy brings intention and clarity, healing and reset in these spaces. Think where do you need to reset your routine, or reevaluate where you are spending your time etc. How can you bring in the embodied version of yourself that is in alignment in health and healing and depth. With this new moon this is the SECOND new moon in Virgo which means - what fragments are left - HARD reset on these things that are coming to the surface - the universe saying ARE YOU SURE you have this down and this is the time to again look at all of these themes and these things coming through.

2). THE PARTIAL SOLAR ECLIPSE - Is also happening on this day which means - you guessed it HARD RESET AMPLIFIED. The energy here is bringing the balance back into light with the shadows that have presented themselves over the last few weeks since the Lunar Eclipse on the Pisces full moon. Eclipses shift energy and bring back things from the past, emotions that we have pushed down, shadows that need to be alchemized so we can see them on the surface and really look at the in between that we are in. It is a portal between timelines allowing us to look under a microscope at these things in a way that we cannot ignore. The Lunar eclipse brought in all of the emotions, the shadow side of things - it eclipses the light so we can see this and then choose to either revisit this old timeline or alchemize it and turn it into the light and move into the new timeline unapologetically. It is literally the integration period for your soul between each of these phases - So which timeline are you choosing this weekend?!

3). FALL EQUINOX - YEP you guessed it more amplification this time around RECEIVING though. What do you want to receive more of? Focus your energy here. The Spring equinox is all about planting seeds and growing through the summer now we are transitioning into the harvest. You have done the work, you have healed (YES this is the most important work) what have you been working on, focusing on? What was the goal with working on and alchemizing that? Now it is time to HARVEST as we move into Libra the scales balance and the equinox is the balance of the light and the dark. This is a time of looking inward, not forcing output and receiving - reaping the rewards from the harvest that you have already put the work into.

4). THE DAY OF THE LIGHT - Okay this one is FUN and I just recently learned about this concept and I am obsessed with it (thank you David Ghiyam - anyone who has not listened to him GO DO THAT) He talks about and teaches from the Kabbalah and the teachings of the Sages - In a masterclass that I watched of his recently, he touched on the concept of the day of light which is on Sept. 22nd this year - this is hte beginning of Libra and this just so happens to be the day of the year that the light rules. The sages teach that 364 days of the year are ruled by the “dark” the shadow, the opposing force which essentially is just the ego, the logical mind etc. this just means that we have to choose each and every day to forego the dark, fear, shadows the keep us down and choose to return to the light. We asked the Creator for this free will so we still have this choice each and every day to choose the light. On this ONE day each year it is ruled by the light meaning that this is a full soul level reset where we are able to receive without resistance. Here, we are in alignment with the light and it is the prime time to align with what we desire the most going forward. Really getting clear on what we DO want and also focusing on the messages from our soul at this time to move forward in total alignment.

On that note, I also talk through some conversations on desires that we have and really uncovering what it is we truly desire sometimes through the lense of understanding what we don’t want first so we can release that and step into a space of looking at what we do want. This comes from a place of releasing what no longer aligns not from a place of needing to fix anything or from a place of lack but from a place of clearing space so that the new things can come in. Ie. Clearing your calendar of things that don’t align or your to do list and opening space so you can have time to do what sparks JOY and excitement, getting curious and playing with things that bring you closer to the light, clearing space in your closet of things that don’t align with the identity you are stepping into with the new timeline.

All of this to say there are A LOT of cosmic things happening right now and it is easy to get caught up in the emotions, in the moment and the weight of it all can be a lot. Things are changing rapidly and moving forward in ways that we cannot control - and that is the point. We are not supposed to control ever but especially now. We are asked to trust and lean into the feeling of where our souls are guiding us.
