In this episode of the Soul Sync Sessions LIVE | Aligned & Amplified - I chatted with Kattia Lohmann an incredibly talented Breathwork Facilitator and guide into embodied self awareness. In this incredible conversation, Kattia shared her extremely personal journey navigating through anxiety, panic attacks, emotional suppression, and deep self-doubt — all while looking “successful” on the outside. We discussed what it’s like to lose your voice, to freeze, to carry trauma in your body without having the words for it. But also knowing what it’s like to find your way back — through breath, through movement, through truth-telling. From her background of both clinical knowledge and lived experience she created her business now known as the Breath Lab to help guide others back into their body and reconnect with their soul through the power of breath. Rather than teaching from theory — she walks this path alongside the people she serves which is truly what makes it resonate because it makes it human.

This chat was such a powerful conversation focused around using your breath as a portal for your healing. We talked through real experience and true healing — guided by science, soul, and self-love. Breath truly is a portal to healing, nervous system regulation, and embodied self-awareness. Kattia’s approach blends grounded theory with playful energy, trauma-informed care with deep compassion, and storytelling with science.

I never thought of myself as an intuitive or “psychic” etc. I think I always knew that I was “sensitive” in a sense but I didn’t know what to do with that information. I saw other women in particular and used to watch these shows with “mediums” and be so intrigued by tarot readings etc. I was so enthralled with how they can tap in and receive these messages but never thought I was able to do that as well until recently. We often look outside of ourselves, for the guidance when we are all intuitive to some degree and when we work to build up these gifts, we are able to tap in as well and also receive these messages. As I dove more deeply into the space of healing and self discovery as well as energy healing, building my business etc. I started to see my intuition kick back in. Through my journey I have learned SO much about my own gifts and started to trust and build them realizing that I AM super connected- just as we all are. As I learned about my own unique design and healed my body, my gifts started to come online and I became more aware of them. Within my incarnation cross my highest gift is inner knowing also known as claircognizance. And when I think back there are a lot of times when I just KNEW something.

The thing to that I have realized and partly why I appreciate human design and astrology so much is because these systems help remind us of our own unique gifts and how we are designed to bring them into the world. They give us a roadmap to our soul purpose and help to remind us how we are designed to work. It also gives us a permission slip to really be the most authentic version of ourselves. This is why I have found so much value in integrating these tools into my work. Ive seen the impact in not just myself but with my clients as well.

Going back to about 2 years ago when I fully started my own business I had a vision of creating a design service based business that was using tools like human design and astrology as well as cycle syncing to help women entrepreneurs to understand who they were, how they were designed to work and show up in this world and build marketing strategies that aligned with that. However, when I started, I heavily focused on the design work because that’s where I thought my value was. I started to see the impact however in the breakthrough sessions - the aha moments that came through in each session that shifted how they worked not just in their business but how they showed up in their lives. It gave them the permission to be them and how to show up in alignment.

Something that I have struggled with in the past as well which I think many women coming out of the corporate world and really just our society can relate to is 1). Shifting from the perspective of exchanging our time for money and 2). Finding the value in my presence and my being (shifting to coaching vs. creating and designing things for my clients etc.). This is something that showed up in my business and my offers by me “coaching + doing” with coaching and alignment practices and then me implementing the brand, design and marketing strategies vs. focusing on coaching and leading you back into alignment by serving as a mirror and a guide for my clients. My presence is also activating -I’ve recognized that I feel disconnected when I am in just pure design mode and doing vs. when I am in a connected space coaching in which I have recognized I feel SO connected and receive downloads.

But recently I had a few conversations with my friends who ironically all asked me to help guide them through using their design to help them to curate the next iteration of their signature offer - in essence helping them by being a mirror to tap into their soul purpose and helping them to be able to achieve that soul purpose through their business by using their design and gifts. My one friend in particular asked me specifically to help her channel her signature offer which we will be recording so you all can see the behind the scenes of what a breakthrough and alignment session looks like. From there, we will record another session where she takes me through her signature offer so you can see this process based on what we came up with in the first session.

I thought this idea was genius and inspired me to - really take the design focus out of my offers not because I don’t see the value but because I see the impact in my coaching and the intuitive guidance side of things, because I was feeling misaligned and split from doing the design work vs. being in the coaching space and ultimately it just felt more aligned to be in the space of guiding others back into alignment. It also just confirmed what I was feeling where I felt some discomfort if you will.

This made me re-evaluate my Magnetic Brand Mapping offer in a whole new light and to lean into helping my clients where my zone of genius is which is within my inner knowing and guiding others both through my own experiences and by helping them to see the patterns.

MAGNETIC BRAND OFFER

This was a spur of the moment podcast that I felt called to talk through today with the cosmic reset energies that are coming up this weekend as well as conversations and downloads that have been coming through for me over the past few weeks. I have a few friends (we all have these friends right) where we have been sending voice notes back and forth and just having deep conversations - let’s be real we have joked that our messages back and forth could (and maybe should) be podcast episodes because of A). The depth and insights that are coming through but also B). the real authenticity and intuitive processes that have come through from just these voice notes back and forth.

In light of all things cosmic reset happening this coming weekend I wanted to share a behind the scenes look at some of these conversations that we have been having as well as give some tangible tools, energy check in and things you can do to make the most of this eclipse portal and cosmic reset.

First off - Let’s look at the cosmic crazy coming in:

1). We started off this last month with a new moon in Virgo - Virgo focuses on themes related to Routine, the day to day, practical spirituality, the body & health - this is all a focus throughout the month of Virgo - the new moon energy brings intention and clarity, healing and reset in these spaces. Think where do you need to reset your routine, or reevaluate where you are spending your time etc. How can you bring in the embodied version of yourself that is in alignment in health and healing and depth. With this new moon this is the SECOND new moon in Virgo which means - what fragments are left - HARD reset on these things that are coming to the surface - the universe saying ARE YOU SURE you have this down and this is the time to again look at all of these themes and these things coming through.

2). THE PARTIAL SOLAR ECLIPSE - Is also happening on this day which means - you guessed it HARD RESET AMPLIFIED. The energy here is bringing the balance back into light with the shadows that have presented themselves over the last few weeks since the Lunar Eclipse on the Pisces full moon. Eclipses shift energy and bring back things from the past, emotions that we have pushed down, shadows that need to be alchemized so we can see them on the surface and really look at the in between that we are in. It is a portal between timelines allowing us to look under a microscope at these things in a way that we cannot ignore. The Lunar eclipse brought in all of the emotions, the shadow side of things - it eclipses the light so we can see this and then choose to either revisit this old timeline or alchemize it and turn it into the light and move into the new timeline unapologetically. It is literally the integration period for your soul between each of these phases - So which timeline are you choosing this weekend?!

3). FALL EQUINOX - YEP you guessed it more amplification this time around RECEIVING though. What do you want to receive more of? Focus your energy here. The Spring equinox is all about planting seeds and growing through the summer now we are transitioning into the harvest. You have done the work, you have healed (YES this is the most important work) what have you been working on, focusing on? What was the goal with working on and alchemizing that? Now it is time to HARVEST as we move into Libra the scales balance and the equinox is the balance of the light and the dark. This is a time of looking inward, not forcing output and receiving - reaping the rewards from the harvest that you have already put the work into.

4). THE DAY OF THE LIGHT - Okay this one is FUN and I just recently learned about this concept and I am obsessed with it (thank you David Ghiyam - anyone who has not listened to him GO DO THAT) He talks about and teaches from the Kabbalah and the teachings of the Sages - In a masterclass that I watched of his recently, he touched on the concept of the day of light which is on Sept. 22nd this year - this is hte beginning of Libra and this just so happens to be the day of the year that the light rules. The sages teach that 364 days of the year are ruled by the “dark” the shadow, the opposing force which essentially is just the ego, the logical mind etc. this just means that we have to choose each and every day to forego the dark, fear, shadows the keep us down and choose to return to the light. We asked the Creator for this free will so we still have this choice each and every day to choose the light. On this ONE day each year it is ruled by the light meaning that this is a full soul level reset where we are able to receive without resistance. Here, we are in alignment with the light and it is the prime time to align with what we desire the most going forward. Really getting clear on what we DO want and also focusing on the messages from our soul at this time to move forward in total alignment.

On that note, I also talk through some conversations on desires that we have and really uncovering what it is we truly desire sometimes through the lense of understanding what we don’t want first so we can release that and step into a space of looking at what we do want. This comes from a place of releasing what no longer aligns not from a place of needing to fix anything or from a place of lack but from a place of clearing space so that the new things can come in. Ie. Clearing your calendar of things that don’t align or your to do list and opening space so you can have time to do what sparks JOY and excitement, getting curious and playing with things that bring you closer to the light, clearing space in your closet of things that don’t align with the identity you are stepping into with the new timeline.

All of this to say there are A LOT of cosmic things happening right now and it is easy to get caught up in the emotions, in the moment and the weight of it all can be a lot. Things are changing rapidly and moving forward in ways that we cannot control - and that is the point. We are not supposed to control ever but especially now. We are asked to trust and lean into the feeling of where our souls are guiding us.

In this episode of the Soul Sync Sessions LIVE | Aligned & Amplified - I chatted with my beautiful friend Leslee. This episode was a bit different than some of the others that I have shared on the Soul Sync Sessions but SO empowered and jam packed with so much authentic goodness and incredible inspiration and guidance for the soul led women who are listening.

Leslee and I connected about a year ago and it was clear that we were soul sisters from the first time that we chatted. I have a background in design and marketing as did Leslee yet we both share intuitive gifts. I had always led with design and then started to weave in some Human Design & Astrology as guidance to inform my design and strategy work and Leslee did something similar but took it a step further by connecting with Soulpreneurs and really diving into their subconscious through hypnosis and connecting with their higher self as well as interpreting and intuiting their brand from that space of being in deep meditation. She would see visuals and branding elements etc. from this place and then create a design and brand that really encapsulated the details that were brought forward through the session. Over time, as Leslee and I both continued to dive in and evolve our businesses it has been So incredible to see how both of our lines of work have shifted.

We are in an age where we are moving -especially as women- from a time of doing to a time of being. We are also shifting out of the information age and into a space of true connection and resonance and recognizing the power of sisterhood and that actual connection and mirroring our gifts back to one another. We are also done being sold to and done chasing the “thing” that will fix us - it is time that we become fully embodied and end this cycle by coming back into alignment with our whole self on the deepest level.

The other piece to this conversation that I feel is so powerful is the conversation about identity. This topic has come through for me in SO many conversations that I think it is important to call out and highlight the pattern - As soulpreneurs and soul centered beings who are awakened I have seen that we often struggle with putting a “label" on what we do or putting us in a box so to speak to share what our work is becuase 1). it shifts based on the need, us, the people we serve etc. 2). we are not the ones doing the work we are just the vessel in which the divine does the healing and that can be hard to translate and put into words 3). it is an intangible thing and we are SO multidimensional that translating energy into words is nearly impossible. With branding and messaging and connecting with others, it is necessary to talk about what we do however, the conversation around identity and how do we “package” what we do is so evolutionary and powerful as we move into this new earth, feminine era. I believe that we are all helping bring our “people” so to speak, the people that are magnetized to us that are meant to connect with our work back into alignment through our gifts but as a true intuitive - we just need to speak to the feeling, the transformation and the experience vs. trying to label ourselves as something like a psychic, coach etc. which can feel confining and doesn’t come close to capturing the magnitude of the work that we are doing in this world.

This conversation as do all of the conversations that I have with my soul sisters - holds a special place in my heart and it was so powerful. It lit a fire in me and I know it did for Leslee too. These conversations are so important to continue to have throughout the world. We also looked at how we so often try to put ourselves into boxes to fit within a certain identity or label from the time we are kids yet is that actually benefitting us? Diving into these stories that we tell ourselves is so important especially now to help us be able to unravel what true meaning actually is in addition to really coming back into alignment with our soul blueprint is so hugely important especially now. As we look at the little glimmers in each and every day we are meant to hold onto those and follow those sparks - they are memories from our highest self guiding us in the right direction.

Something else from this discussion that stood out to me as such a magical reminder is that healing is layered and often times through that journey we see certain things or associate as our blocks or patterns in our lives that we may associate with one thing or another however, the root of that is often much deeper. For example if you are struggling with financial blocks or feeling like there is a block from receiving, we immediately look at that as something directly connected to finances however have you ever considered that it could stem from something deeper like the ability to receive love? Or how we were raised to believe that we had to work for our worth and our soul correction is to understand that we are worthy just because we are.

This conversation was so powerful and so enlightening for me and I was able to experience first had after this the power of theta healing with Stasia and all I have to say is it opened up SO MUCH in just one session.

Welcome to an episode of the Flowcast! My podcast that is rooted in me sharing the channeled messages and inspired guidance for my collective in mind, body, soul & business! I believe that when we come back into alignment with our own unique design- we become a catalyst for other to do the same. By doing this we are elevating the collective as a whole. When we all come back into that alignment in mind, body, soul and live with our soul purpose as our north star - no role will go unfulfilled and no one will go without because we are all unique pieces to the puzzle and we were all designed with unique gifts and a unique blueprint for a reason. This stream of consciousness flowcast is fully authentic, unedited and divinely inspired. My mission is to connect women in sisterhood, break down the walls of division and competition and bring us together in circle to help mirror back for one another and energetically lift us all up by keeping us in a place of total alignment with who we were designed to be.

In this episode I was inspired to share some themes that have been highlighted and patterns that I have seen recently which in turn inspired me to create a mastermind for this eclipse season which starts on Sept 7th (the day of the Full Moon in Pisces / Lunar Eclipse. I have more information on that at the end of the video and below!

BUT for the main event - the themes that I have been seeing recently are centered around the collective pull that so many women are feeling now to really find their purpose and release anything that is not aligned with the highest version of themselves. I have had SO many conversations with women that have either felt a shift in their life where they lost their job or had something happen that “threw off their foundation” which in turn pushed them to re-align with their true purpose or to tap into a new project, service, modality or something based on the pull they feel in their soul to do more. This is not by chance. Right now we are in a time where we are stepping into eclipse season - things will shift and we have 2 options 1). we can surrender and open up to receive the guidance and answer the pull to create based on the inspiration that comes through OR 2). we can continue to control (or think you have control) and grip onto old patterns, habits and ways of being which will just prolong the path that your soul is meant to take ultimately.

With this and doing what I do, I have had a lot of women who are tapping into their gifts more and leaning into the different modalities that are coming through share their struggle of “how do I package what I offer or paint the picture for people of what I help people with?”. The truth- there is no way to effectively communicate what happens in a quantum healing, sacred geometry, reiki or any other spiritual modality. The bigger truth, as healers, wellness practitioners and guides bringing people back into alignment and sovereignty with their truth and design - We are just channels and vessels for the divine to do the work.

I can’t explain some things that I just knew through claircognizance in sessions where I read a human design chart and then get a message about where they are out of alignment in something seemingly completely unrelated to the challenge we were working on - But ultimately just listening to that inner knowing and sharing that guidance helps to spark and be the catalyst for the real inner change that we are feeling.

As a collective right now, we are in a transition where people have bought all the “knowledge” they have bought all the strategies and we are overwhelmed, overstimulated and quite frankly tired of being sold to. We are seeing through the misaligned intentions that people are putting out there selling “make yourself 10K in 10 days” and tapping into what actually matters- which is what they actually want and that is not just “freedom” it is sovereignty.

Freedom & independence have a tendency to energetically put us in a place of solitude and almost struggle or hustle where sovereignty is coming from a place of wholeness where we don’t need anything outside of ourselves. It’s from that place that we become magnetic for all of our desires because we are not coming from a place of lack. THIS is what everyone is truly desiring. And THAT is the transformation that we are here to help bring people back to as healers, practitioners, guides, coaches etc. That is what people are needing collectively.

So when it comes back to “how do I package my offer and my gifts” yes, messaging is a part of that however you are not messaging and sharing the HOW you get them there - touching on modalities that you use is great because some people resonate with different modalities more than others but truly - it is your energy and the emotion and connection behind it that will magnetize your customers to you. When you come from a place of I understand where you are and I am here to help guide you, support you and give you the KEYS to show you the door to the place of wholeness and sovereignty - That is the catalyst for real change that no dollar amount can be put on.

When we share our stories and create a container for that change, that space where they can feel safe to recognize and release the patterns and blocks that have kept them in a space of playing too small and then step into that next version of themselves that is fully aligned and confident - This is where the magic happens.

We grew up in a time where we are asked from the time we are little “what do you want to be when you grow up” and we try to put ourselves into a role or a box that fits what we recognize or what we know exists when in reality, all we are meant to do is live by our design and follow the spark that is aligned with us in that moment. When we do that, we become infinite. If each and every person was to align with their own unique design, no role would go unfulfilled and no one would come from a place of lack.

These conversations that I have had individually with women has inspired me to create a small group mastermind designed to truly help us breakthrough all the clutter, the things we “should be doing” and the ways we “should be doing things” to come back into alignment and to create a space of co-creation. The mastermind is called Season of Clarity and it is a 90 day accountability group for high achieving, driven, visionary women who are DONE with trying to fit into a box, define their 5D magic in a way that is compact and “easily understood in the 3D world” by dimming our light and ready to become unapologetically aligned & abundant AF. In this episode of the Soul Sync Sessions LIVE | Aligned & Amplified - I chatted with Angel Guide Sam Ritchie who specializes in clearing spaces, helping souls cross over and relaying messages through oracle readings. An Angel guide is someone who works with the Angels, in her case, she specializes in space clearing in person and from floor plans. She also reads Oracle cards helping to give people clarity and confidence, as well as offering past life regressions. By holding space for spiritual circles in-person and online, she aims to help people live a happy, connected and guided lives. She believes this helps to raise the collective vibration and bring in positive changes for all humanity.

A bit about Sam:

She is originally from UK but has lived in Spain for 18 years with her husband and now grown up daughters. She spent many years as an estate agent in the Uk and also worked as a cook both in the UK and Spain, even running a Spanish bar for 5 years! When lockdown happened she suddenly had time to work on her spirituality and a studied with Kyle Gray. At this time, she had been space clearing for years but just for herself and family and friends. When she discovered that she could space clear from a floor plan everything changed and that became my focus for her business.

This conversation was nothing short of magical and energetic as we talked through what a space clearing is, energetic practices and how to clear your energy as well as getting a sneak peak into some of the jobs that Sam has been on and the spaces she has cleared! The overall theme and takeaway from this conversation is all centered around releasing the resistance we often create in life and learning that life tends to go better when you have some type of spiritual practice. Sam’s mission is to help empower everyone in knowing that they can change the energy in their homes with space clearing and have a positive impact on their lives.
