In this episode, Hayden is joined by friend, David Coley. David is currently pursuing his Master of Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Lipscomb University. To know David is to love David! With his contagious sense of humor and innate positivity, he continues to share his light and love with his classmates, clients and peers. In this episode, David walks us through his journey in the military, his tumultuous upbringing and his experiences with mental health struggles. In this, we are reminded that we are stronger than we think and more capable than we know.
