I really enjoyed this conversation! We chat about what it means to be a leader in every area of our life, as well as leading from our strengths v focusing on our weaknesses.
This is a unique and helpful interview that I am excited to share with you all.
Sara Mae Czepczynski is a multi-passionate toddler mama, Army wife, and entrepreneur who has more than a decade of leadership experience in everything from business to politics to nonprofit to the military. After years of successfully leading the way she was told she had to, she realized that the uncomfortable knot in the pit of her stomach was not normal or healthy.
On paper, she was a good leader but in her heart she knew she was a fraud. Sara started to focus on knowing herself, knowing her vision, and knowing her team and is now a top leader in her organization that actually enjoys growing her people. Now, as a leadership coach and the host of the Beyond Leadership Podcast, her goal is to help other top mompreneurs realize they can have it all through purposeful leadership at home and in business.
Listen in and be sure to let us know what you think of the episode.
