Working with clients Elizabeth noticed a lot of the re-occurring subconscious blocks were related to lack of self-love, self-worth, confidence and and imbalance between giving and receiving. she started studying personality typology with Objective Personality and reading the work of Dr. Dario Nardi who incorporates years of research and EEG brain scans to observe thought patterns as they relate to various personality types. 

Elizabeth is working on systematic framework and resources with support for people going through their self- healing and self-development journey.
