Episode 20 is all about our 10th month with Jayme Theo.  He has physically progressed a lot since we got back from our Alaska trip. Listen in for all the updates on this kiddo!

She goes through her ups and downs throughout the last 1.5 years of carrying a baby on the inside and outside of her body and how it affected her physically. She used fitness to stay strong and healthy through pregnancy and delivery and has been rehabilitating her strong and fast workout style since having Jayme. We are back with stories of our travels with Jayme.  The Fosters traveled to Borealis Basecamp in Alaska.  This was our first flight with Jayme so we were unsure of how things would go on the flight as well as staying away from home for an extended period of time.  Come along for our adventure through this podcast.  Enjoy with some spice of baby talk amongst the tales.

Another update on our baby boy!  Sorry for the baby cries and interruptions.  Turns out even happy babies have difficult times each day.  Overall, Jayme is a happy kiddo with lots of development happening.  We are excited to continue sharing this journey with anyone who chooses to listen.
