Dr. Tavara Johnson interviews Sheila Jones. Sheila is not only a successful executive leader in the food industry, but also a business consultant, coach, author, speaker, and entrepreneur. Most notably, she is the founder and CEO of Whicked Results, an organization built from her passion of seeing so many opportunities for companies and people to be well led. Ms. Jones began her career in the food industry working for one of Maryland’s most recognized and highly acclaimed restaurants, Northwoods, in Annapolis, Maryland. Since, her childhood, she has had a passion for working with food. After years of growing her skills and education, she received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Food Science from the University of Maryland. After graduation, Sheila continued taking leadership positions with several well-known and respected companies, including Nestlé, Campbell Soup, Walmart, and Savenica Fromage and Dairy, across the United States. Her focus has always been on building businesses and helping individuals create billion-dollar business portfolios. She has a keen sense of business, with a knack for innovation and a passion to develop leaders. Some of her accomplishments include enrobed aroma technology for meats, patented soup technology, the first plant-based cheese sauce, the first aseptic particulates, as well as patented software for project management.
Her passion for human development spans decades. She created and currently teaches a process called Three E’s: Expertise, Expansion, and Execution. Her focus has always been on building businesses and developing people to deliver billion-dollar business portfolios. She has coached hundreds of people and helped them gain over $15 million dollars in increased incomes, as well as creating five CEO’s!
