Soft Power, to me, is a form of gentle but powerful self-leadership capacity that I focus on deeply in my work. I think it's highly underestimated and/or misunderstood capacity. But when you really learn to powerfully lead yourself, your success becomes a by-product of it. And it ripples throughout all areas of your life because you are the most important person in your life, you are the center of it all. If you can’t lead, love and respect yourself, it will be very hard to have your desired life and successful, thriving business. I want to talk about being sensitive and being powerful. That's for me, in other words, what I call soft power.
We have this perception about if you're a sensitive being, you're some kind of weak, you some kind of have to protect yourself and some sort you are marginalized in our society. In a way, you're not functional, especially in the business world. In a business world, you have to be resilient, you have to be tough. And it's just partly the truth. So, I want to break that stereotype because I found it's just a stereotype.

If your energies are not balanced, one side will try to overcompensate and will not feel natural too.
Being in your masculine is taking action, being goal orientated. Without the balance of the feminine, this can often lead to burnout.
On the other hand, feminine energy in business shows heart, flow, being and your essence. But without having the balance of the masculine, there is no structure or safety for yourself and your clients.
It’s also important to balance your energies for your clients because they can be masculine or feminine too, and they can be drawn to either of your energies, especially when it comes to sales. The feminine beings can be drawn to your energy and intuitively want to buy from you, and the more masculine beings may need information and time to make a decision.
In the new business paradigm we build our business inline with our cyclic and dual nature, the dance of masculine and feminine energies. We adapt structures, business models and all business eco system around our natural energy flow and not other way around as we were conditioned to.

Capacity edge is a very dear topic to me and one of the core angles in HOW I approach my work and the capacity expansion.
So what is this “capacity edge” I talk so much about?
Capacity edge is your capacity boundary where your desire meets your fear. It’s that edge of an unfamiliar horizon where you feel excited to go further but it also feels damn scary. It’s where your old identity, old rules meet and clash with the new you and your desired way of the path. It’s where your real evolution, transformation and expansion happens towards a bigger capacity (or not, and goes back to the old you).
And if you really stop and listen to that edge with care and gentleness, it’s how growth can take place with ease, it’s how you can receive, hold and handle much more.
