"As a Manager, it is important to factor in breaks, rest and food. Thankfully we received significant food and drink donations from various individuals and companies  I ensured that staff were well-rested, ate on time and hydrated. In the event that any of the staff needed time off, I made sure that there was adequate cover in the team. The key is to ensure that the workload is spread evenly."
