What an unusual week the U.S. and world has been through, U.S. President declares NATIONAL EMERGENCY and promises private/public partnership to  get coronavirus testing up to speed to match other nations who have been diligently testing for weeks and months. We can expect other unpredictable events to happen in coming days and weeks, totally off the radar but tending to bring anxiety and worry to millions if they aren't prepared for change.
