In today's episode, I'm sharing a deeply personal story; one that has shaped my life in ways I never imagined. It's a story of loss, grief, and an ongoing journey of healing. I'm sharing the story of our sweet angel daughter, Evelyn. I hope that by sharing my experience, I can encourage and uplift those who may be going through similar situations.

On today's episode, I reflect and share the stress and overwhelm I've been feeling as I juggle motherhood, harvest as a farm wife, and the threat of a hurricane. Life can be a whirlwind of events, but it's how we navigate these storms that define us. It's okay to feel overstimulated, to yearn for self-care, and to express your frustrations. Remember, you're not alone in this journey, and it's okay to prioritize your needs. After all, you can't pour from an empty cup.

I am so excited for today's episode because I have a very special guest, Emily Reuschel. Emily has had a huge impact on my life; in the way I define my priorities, my mindset, and how I now approach setting goals. .
Emily Reuschel is a farmer's wife, mom of three, entrepreneur, motivational speaker, podcast host, and the leader of retreats and masterminds that propel rural women toward their truest, most-aligned goals and priorities. She helps other rural women get clear on what they want, release the inner dialogue that tells them it's impossible, and go after the goals that are keeping them awake at night …. without giving up the small-town life they love.

Everyone deserves to be seen, heard, and loved. The journey of life, as I have learned, isn't always a direct path to success and happiness. I'm traveling down life's winding roads, learning to navigate as I go. Always growing and emerging with new perspectives and understanding. I'm constantly emerging as me, through all of the things that life throws my way. So join me on this journey as we choose to emerge as a better version of ourselves everyday.
