In a fast paced, confusing, unpredictable world, it’s sometimes hard to find your way. It’s so difficult to be comfortable in a process that’s so unpredictable, yet vital in your success. Trying to find a way, in a dark tunnel- is like trusting a stranger to guide you through a rocky road.. a risk. The stresses, the anxiety, and the pain that comes from confusion has left many people feeling overwhelmed and defeated. “Many people”, including me, Emery Nicole.

We give so much grace to others, that we often forget to give grace to ourselves. How many times have you sat and degraded yourself for the things you haven’t done, the places you haven’t been, and the goals you have yet to achieve? I’m sure you can think of at least 10. Confusion. Worry. Many emotions directly related to not knowing who you are, or who you’re suppose to me. a harsh reality to face… but a very real one.

We’re all stressed. We’re all going through some battle right now.. hoping we remain undefeated. We’re all taking on a lot.. and rarely ever give ourselves a chance to relax, to breathe.

So often as women we give guys the power to consume us- sometimes in ways we aren’t even ready for. We give them so much, yet in return they offer so little. Eventually you find yourself pouring out of your empty cup, into “his” cup that unsurprisingly is FULL. Full of confidence, full of clout, full of ego, full of a name for him- that without you would be NONEXISTENT. So while building him for the next, you’ve become broken. This narrative has carried the lives of so many women, so many young girls. If this is you, or someone you know- I urge you to heal. In the mist of healing; this podcast is simply made for you!
