Contrary to popular belief, we don't have to let stress and anxiety rule our lives. By using daily tools to help combat our fears and anxieties, we can learn to quickly identify and isolate those feelings so that they don't have a chance to send us into a spiral. In this episode, I list some great, simple tools to try, and most of them you can do on a daily basis! By implementing these tools and sharing your knowledge with others, the closer we will be to living much happier, more fulfilling lives!

Whether you knew very early on what you wanted to be when you grew up, or you still haven't figured it out, we're all on a journey of discovery. Our careers can define us and they can be a chance for growth, but it's all about how you approach it. So, what does your career path actually say about you? I'll give you a hint...it's probably not what you think.  

Many of us have heard the term "Late Bloomer", but you might associate it with something negative. While the name might need improvement, the idea behind it might actually be a sign of maturity. In this episode, I discuss the ideology behind why some people take longer to make major life choices, how allowing yourself to try many different paths can work for your benefit, and send shoutouts to some of the world's most famous late bloomers!

If you're anything like me, you see signs everywhere. They can come in the form of number sequences, thinking something into existence, and even animals that pop up in your life! It can be easy to doubt what the message is, or even write it off as a coincidence. In this episode, I give a brief background on my history of seeing signs and synchronicities, its ties to manifestation, and how asking for guidance about moving actually came to me in the form of a really cool sign.
