We are all born so innocent and full of joy, but then the world tends to tumble us around and sharpen our edges. And today, it is more and more apparent that we are losing our sense of humanity in the way we speak about one another and how we shut ourselves away from each other. What we forget, though, is that we are all guilty of inflicting pain or being the villain in someone’s story. But we also have the opportunity to do wonderful things and leave this world a better place than we found it.
Tune in to this episode as Evie reminds us of our humanity and challenges us to think about what more we could be doing. We have a beautiful life, but are we doing enough with it?
KEY POINTS:
QUOTABLES:
“Every time we see something wrong in the world and we deflect it away from us and say, ‘well, that's them, not me,’ we are losing the entire commonality amongst all humans - that we all have the potential for evil.”
“Repairing inhumanity comes from all of us becoming more humane.”

“It's okay to be happy. It's okay to be sad. It's okay to be angry. It's okay to be pissed off. It's not okay to live there. And we've given people the go to live in emotional hell because then they're a victim.”

If you were to open your dream business, it would be obvious to have a mission statement or business plan in place. Yet, many of us haven’t even taken one or two hours to sit down and formulate a mission statement or mantra for our own life!
In this episode, Evie urges you to define yourself and your life. With so many distractions and things to take you off course, a mantra allows you to write your own life story rather than have the outside world toss you around and tell you who you are. So tune in as Evie shares how she found her mantra and uses it every day, hoping you may discover your mission and tap into the power of your own mantra.
KEY POINTS:
QUOTABLES:
“I can't spend time worrying about what the world has in store for me or those people that I love. What I can do is accept what nature and what the world has in store for me, and then do my part actively each day by living to my mantra, living with a mission in place.”

In order to find and reach our true potential, there must be a balance of challenge and support. And while we often expect others to do this for us, the truth is the person responsible for this is us. We need to take a personal inventory every single day, so in this episode, Evie guides us to create a personal inventory prayer that provides a little bit of challenge, humility, and an equal amount of support. Tune in and learn this exercise in pride, gratitude, and how to find the most personal growth.
KEY POINTS:
QUOTABLES:
“It's so simple, but it is so effective. It keeps you from shaming yourself. And it also gives you some momentum to build into the next day where we all have to just get up and start this whole process over again. It gives you accountability and some momentum to do the things that you're doing a great job but also keeps you honest with yourself.”

Who are your competitors? Who do you chase, try to reach, or want to overpass? Does this focus on others take away from your focus though? And is competition really the path to success?
In this episode, Evie explains why she has no competition. Sure, there are successful and aspirational figures she wants to catch, but she doesn’t compete with them. She learns from them and competes only with herself. Focusing on someone else is not how YOU succeed. Doing the work and beating yourself to be better each day is how empires are built. So stop looking at everyone else and start competing with yourself!
KEY POINTS:
- Evie’s personal and professional transformation
- Feeling worthy of re-branding as herself, Evie Fatz
- If you want to make it big, you have to put yourself out there
- Why Evie does not compete with other people
- The person you should be competing with is you
QUOTABLES:
“If we are so focused on who we're ahead of and who we're beating, we are going to miss the work and the absolutely laser-sharp focus it takes for us to get where we want to go in life.”
