What would like look like without the first Good Friday?

The glory coming our way is real. More real than suffering.

The end is near. What does that mean, and what should we do about it?

Even though holiness causes suffering, all will be made right on Judgement Day. And even if we die looking like fools, God’s verdict on Judgement Day will be the only opinion that really matters, forever.

Baptism isn't about us. Baptism is about Christ, who is risen, and whose life we share.

We will suffer in this life. Some of that suffering we may taste this very week. And none of this is reason to fear.

Our hope in Christ causes a clean break with our sinful past. This makes us stick out, and we'll get asked for a reason for the hope that’s in us. How will we answer?

According to Peter, being treated poorly for the sake of Jesus is not the full picture that proves who we really are. It’s how we respond to that treatment that proves who we really are.

Marriage is always more than just submission and authority, but it’s never less than this. This is the biblical vision.

This passage means exactly what it says, and that’s good news for us.
