Lessons from the Lost Son.

Luke 19:10 "for the Son of Man has come to seek and to save that which was lost.”

Four ways of handling the lost sheep

1. Leave the found and follow the lost.

2. Don't stop till you find the lost.

3. Elevate the sheep on your shoulder.

4. Celebrate and rejoice with friends

Deuteronomy 28:12 The Lord will open to you His good treasure, the heavens, to give the rain to your land in its season, and to bless all the work of your hand. You shall lend to many nations, but you shall not borrow.

The main thing, saving the world (lost souls) is still the main thing. You must preach salvation to the world.

The Word of God is great, the Word is powerful and it is working in our lives. If you want to know the mind of God, go to the Word

1. COMMITTED PEOPLE ARE COMPASSIONATE

2. COMMITTED PEOPLE ARE CARING

3.COMMITTED PEOPLE GIVE OUT THEIER CASH TO SUPPORT OTHERS

Commitment is not determined when we’re in good times, commitment is seen when we’re in bad times

 - Commitment is not a cheap commodity that is found everywhere

 - People that are committed are extremely valuable 

- You must place your gold and diamond on committed people because you can place your life on them

 - A committed person overlooks a lot of faults and stays

 - The only reason that some people are around you is because of what they can get from you 

CHARACTERISTICS OF COMMITTED PEOPLE 

- Committed people are supportive 

- Committed people are selfless 

- Committed people are saviors

CHILD OF GOD, YOU DONT NEED TO GROW TOO OLD FOR GOD TO SATISFY YOU.

-  Prayer

To carry a good vision, you must give birth by prayer

- Once the vision comes, expose it to yourself by writing it

- Mobilize others to buy into it

-  Run with the vision 

- Wait for the vision to happen(don’t be frantic)

- The manifestation

Habakkuk 2:3

The vision must tarry sometimes because God is working on your mind and your eyes.

What happens when we wait ?

1. Curse God and Die. (Job 2:9)

Hold fast to your integrity whiles waiting. Don't cut corners.  (Job 2:10)

2. Compromise. (Genesis 16:1-4)

3. Carry your cross.
