It is amazing when we can see the fruition of our hard work. Especially when we are dedicated to our own dreams and our goals. 

The pressure one might feel about living our lives is heavy, not feeling we are belonging. 

What a great day today! It is the shortest day of the year, the first day of winter and solstice. We had a nice conference with Colette Baron-Reid to release the shadow while shifting our focus on the light 

Chasing the stars can be fun for people who have not found themselves grounded. 

The power of oneself over another is a complete egotistic state of mind. We cannot control one completely even if we were trying, it would not work. 

Setting our intentions helps us to set our goal for the upcoming year. It is great to be able to create a new list. 

The devil is in the details, opposites attract, the Ying & Yang, the mind and body, the spirit and the ego. 

Moving into the light with a great sense of humor when we are faced with a hurtful and unpleasant event.

The universe and its perfect magic remind us that everything we are going through helps us to change the course of our journey. 

Amazingly we can learn to laugh at ourselves with people who have no idea what has occurred in our life and move on from something that is not for our highest good and needs to be remembered only as an impetuous act occurring when we were deceived and tricked into believing someone was honorable and truthful.
