Being in a leadership position is an adventure of its own, from being part of a board of directors, running your own company, being the CEO or even a manager in a company. 

We all know the expression details, details, details everything is in the details! When it comes to our lives we need once in awhile to let go of the bigger picture and focus on the fine details that need to be done.

One of my favorite subject to talk about is the goblins. Yes, that little voice inside of us that will make us crazy. 

Being in Ghostland can be detrimental to us. What do I mean by that? Thinking about the past and how the “good old days were”. 

It is kind of ironic for me to write today about slow and steady. Not because I am thinking I am running out of time, but because I have been working non-stop and haven’t slowed down yet… 

A sad embrace is learning to let go of a dream, job, relationship that needs to leave our space so we can welcome something even better.
