In his message above, Bishop Haines invites you to participate in your parish's Triduum services and gives us these challenges: 

1.  Invite someone to come with you to celebrate the Triduum at your parish.
2. Participate in your parish's Triduum and pray for these special intentions:
   1. Holy Thursday: The Heart of Service. During the washing of the feet, pray for those in need of tender care. During the preparation of the gifts, pray for priests, maybe a priest who has had a significant impact on your life or one with declining health.
   2. Good Friday: Those Carrying Crosses. During the Prayers of the Faithful, pray for the 11 universal intentions, and pick one to carry in your heart and continue to pray for through the day. During the veneration of the cross, pray for each person as they come to the cross and for the crosses that they are carrying.
   3. Easter Vigil: Hope & New Beginnings. In the darkness before we light the Easter fire, pray for those who feel like they are in a dark place. Pray for our OCIA candidates as they are welcomed into the Church.

• Who are “the least” in your life that the Lord brought to mind during tonight’s session who He might be inviting you to serve?
• What can you do to uphold the dignity of those on the margins?
• What is one concrete way you will live service to the least this week/month (even if you just start by doing research this week)?

We continue our exploration of discipleship,  focusing on community, the flesh of the Anatomy of a Catholic Disciple. We take time this week to consider how the skin protects the body, helps us stay warm, and helps us to sense and interact with the world around us? So too, the Christian community protects us, warms our hearts, and helps us to interact with the world in healthy ways.Questions for your Pilgrim Group Discussion:
