This week I am beyond thrilled to welcome actor/singer/entrepreneur/philanthropist Bryan Terrell Clark to Emmestyle. Bryan is currently starring in the mega-hit Broadway show Hamilton -- YES THAT HAMILTON -- where he plays the role of George Washington. But there is so much more to Bryan than just Broadway -- he recently launched a clothing line aimed at breaking down labels, he has a new CD coming out, he's even written for Mary J. Blige. I had so much fun talking to Giulia Rozzi this week. Giulia is a writer, comedian, actress, producer, and most importantly: a breath of fresh air! We talked about finding the humor in all things, which is something Giulia knows a lot about. She is not only hilarious, but she is willing to be honest about overcoming the hardships in her life including almost committing suicide, and breaking off a marriage she knew wasn't right from the start.

Theresa Reed is a world-renowned tarot expert and excellent businesswoman. Theresa's strategic approach to reading cards is so very empowering and I absolutely loved chatting with her; she set such a great tone for the day! I am so proud to introduce you to my friend Lin Evola, artist and creator of the Peace Angels Project. My good friend Vivica Fox joins me today for a special edition of EmmeStyle. Vivica actually called into the show from the set of her hit Fox TV Show “Empire.” This is one busy woman! She acts, she produces her own programming, and she runs her own clothing line. And she’s the perfect guest for today’s broadcast, which coincides with International Women’s Day.

I was fascinated by every word of my conversation with Dr. Christian Conte. He works regularly in prisons with the most violent offenders and as one of the few people who have achieved Level V Anger Management Certification, Dr. Conteis an expert on how communicate and grow without holding on to negativity. He was gracious enough to walk us through the steps of his Yield Theory, which he created as a tremendously powerful approach to change, combining radical compassion with conscious education. This interview was truly eye opening and what Dr. Conte taught me can help each and every one of us be our best selves.
