These five aspects of emotional wellness have been identified to help with different aspects of life. Many of us don’t take the time to consider emotional health when making important decisions. We think about our financial future, the new job and all of the possibilities that could open up for us. Career changes can be exciting but sometimes we need to pause, analyze why we are making a change and make sure we’ve considered everything that is involved with changing careers from a financial, emotional and social perspective.
