A true pull in emotions can often lead us to compensate by using either food or alcohol as we subconsciously believe it will relieve our stresses, calm us down or even alleviate negativity. More often the case is the opposite and can increase the negative self-image and a spiral of self-sabotage.
 
Find a place where you can be quiet and feel free to be at one with yourself.
