Bryan L. Champion, BCC, CEIC received his doctorate degree in Educational Leadership from Louisville Presbyterian and three degrees in Secondary Education, Education Administration, and Student Development in Higher Education from Howard University in Washington, DC. He is a Board Certified Coach and a Certified Emotional Intelligence Coach.

He has been employed at the US Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) since 1981 and most recently served as the Director, Program Management and Budget overseeing at $25 million operating budget and a major Information Technology (IT) Investment. He is currently responsible for a new agency Diversity Management Initiative to engage management and staff in discussion on diversity topics.

Dr. Champion has served as an Instructor in NRC Leader’s Academy, as an Executive Coach as a member of the Federal Coach Network, and as a mentor coach in the Federal Coach Boot-camp. He is a highly sought after leadership speaker, workshop facilitator, mentor, and organization development consultant.
