This week on the show. She's a mother of 4 children, a Certified Life Transformation & Nutrition Coach, and the founder of the internationally recognized makeup brand Mia Adora. the resilient and joyful Natashia Mensah.
If you've heard of Natasha before, maybe you've seen her online, maybe you've purchased her products or seen her speak on stage. Then you know the energy, information, passion and joy she takes with her wherever she goes. When I first met Natasha, I knew small snippets of her story but I wanted to know the full details of how she is able to smile today despite some of the impactful tragic events that happened in her life.
In 2019, Natashia's husband passed away from colorectal cancer. Immediately her life was changed forever. This moment left her in a dark spot with 4 kids to raise, a business she wasn't qualified to run, a team that was depending on her and trying to grieve the loss herself.
She threw herself into grind mode and found ways to grow her brand bigger than it's ever been. She's said this countless amount of times. "if I can do it, then you can too."
There are a lot of things that she said that really resonated with me, and I believe it will resonate with you as well. especially if you are a mother. She speaks the truth, she's transparent and she is truly an inspiration and ray of hope to keep pushing forward.
