Life applies lots of pressure and then on top of that WE put even MORE pressure on ourselves. It leads to stress, anxiety, overthinking,  emotional withdrawal, depression, and all sorts of consequences. 
This impromptu episode is like a random pinch to start noticing where you apply too much pressure and let go of it! Life will become easier and more joyful.
