Emotional Release with EFT and Breathwork

Begin by doing some EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) aka tapping or psychological acupressure, which helps to balance the energy systems by releasing negative emotions and treating pain. Using the phrase "Even though I have this (emotion/feeling) right now, I deeply and completely love and accept myself" Tapping through 14 points on the head and hand. You will feel relaxed and ready for the breathwork. 

Breathwork is 15 minutes of Energetic Circuitry Clearing, while going through the Emotional Guidance Scale. Moving through low vibe emotions such as fear, grief, depression and powerlessness. Breath sequence works through the different levels of emotions, until high vibe emotions are reached, such as joy, appreciation, empowered, freedom and love. Emotional Guidance scale is by Abraham Hicks.
