You cannot embody your sovereignty if you do not access your subconscious mind. The subconscious mind is full of thoughts, beliefs, and energetic imprints you received from this life or past lives. It rules up to 95% of your behavior and choices, and it especially shows up in your relationships and sexuality.

The subconscious resides within the body. It is accessed through your emotional state. Therefore, it is essential to learn how to work with your emotions and align them to your inner truth.

In this week’s episode, I talk about Emotional Sovereignty: Why your feelings are not your truth but an essential part of reclaiming your sovereignty.
