Your beliefs are not who you are. They do not belong to you. They are not. Rather, your mind is full of beliefs it has inherited from others or absorbed from society.

Sovereignty requires that you release the beliefs that do not align with the truth of who you are so you can embody your divinity.

Embodiment is bringing the consciousness of your divinity INTO your beliefs, INTO your choices, INTO your actions, INTO how you show up in the world.

The mistake many spiritual people make is simply trying to “empty the mind” through meditation without doing the belief work that actually shifts your EXPERIENCE of reality.

When trauma is unhealed, it can unconsciously interfere with our ability to experience loving, intimate relationships. A lot of “s*xual healing” practices in the west, including kink, BDSM, or tantra, can keep people stuck in cycles of trauma.

Trauma is the result of a lack of love. It creates dissociation from the body and aspects of one’s self. Therefore, practices that are not rooted in love can perpetuate trauma without actually healing it.

The fear of judgment is often what stops us from speaking our truth.

“What will others think?”

“If I say this, will they leave me?”

The fear is contracting. It makes you small. It leads you to hide parts of self.

It also prevents you from being fully seen for who you are.

Silencing yourself because you fear the judgment of others means they don’t see the true you, they only see the version they want to see.
