When trauma is unhealed, it can unconsciously interfere with our ability to experience loving, intimate relationships. A lot of “s*xual healing” practices in the west, including kink, BDSM, or tantra, can keep people stuck in cycles of trauma.
Trauma is the result of a lack of love. It creates dissociation from the body and aspects of one’s self. Therefore, practices that are not rooted in love can perpetuate trauma without actually healing it.
In this week’s podcast, special guest Sunny Grigorova and I talk about How Past Woundings and Unhealed Trauma affect your Relationships. We look at:
* The poison of blaming your partner
* How to truly hear your partner and increase connection
* What stops people from relating authentically
