Emotional Triggers

In this episode of the Hello Lovely Podcast, we talk about emotional triggers and how to use them.

Triggers are a pretty common phrase, but what are they really?

An emotional trigger is any topic that makes you feel uncomfortable. These triggers can show you where you may feel frustrated or unsatisfied in your life.

Instead of avoiding triggers, you can use them as a tool.

When something bothers you, it’s not random. It’s pointing to something you’re thinking or feeling. That’s what makes triggers valuable. They give you insight into what’s going on for you.

In this episode, I share a sample module from my online membership on how to use triggers to fuel you.

When you understand your triggers, they can actually support your growth. Instead of seeing them as something negative, you can start to see them as information.

Your trigger becomes an opportunity to check in with yourself and decide what you want to do next.

There is also a companion worksheet that you can use alongside this episode. If something has been bothering you, this will help you process it and get back to what you want to do.

Triggers don’t have to stop you. They can move you forward.
