We discuss some key aspects of emotional wellness, such as self-awareness, self regulation, empathy, and social skills, and we explore how these skills can improve our relationships within ourselves and others, and how they can enhance our overall quality of life. I also discussed some common challenges, such as anxiety, depression, anger, and grief, and offer some tips and strategies for coping with these emotions and building resilience.
