The straight answer is literally everyone, in any job, profession, career, they might be need emotional intelligence. Whether someone is the director of a company, president of a firm, CEO, CFO, VP, manager, political leader, homemaker, stay-at-home dad/mom, grandpa, grandma, teenager, child, you need emotional intelligence (EQ).
EQ is as much if not much more important and valuable than IQ. While we do not add to our IQ over a lifetime, our EQ expands as we grow with experience, exposure, and knowledge, in different environments.
