In this week's episode, I reflect back on what 2020 has meant for me and what I'm taking with me into the new year. This has been the year of "feeling" for me and with the removal of concerts and events, I've spent more time with my thoughts and feelings than I normally would have liked,  but have been able to channel those things into some major life lessons that I am truly grateful for.
