According to a new report from UC Davis, Kansas Staste Univeristy and the University of Wisconsin, The Renewable Fuel standard is doing great harm to water and wildlife habitat and is increasing carbon emissions. KVCR's Katie Trojano has more.

Light rain and breezy conditions are expected in the inland valleys today (Friday), more rain in the mountain foothills, and snow in the Rim of the World communities could hinder driving on mountain highways. Horses at Santa Anita Park were allowed to exercise on a small training track adjacent to the facility's main track. The main track has been closed since Tuesday, after a 21st horse in less than three months had to be euthanized from injuries received working out on the track. More from KVCR's Ken Vincent.
