UPDATED AT 9AM THURSDAY, AUGUST 16, 2018 The Holy Fire is up to 78% containment this morning, still being held for several days now at just under 23,000 acres . Authorities say firefighters will welcome the higher humidity and the chance of showers today. But with that chance of showers comes a chance of debris flows into populated communities, and lightning strikes that could start new blazes.
