In Episode 6 Matt and I dive into how using positive affirmations incorrectly can be dangerous if, how the most important relationship to have is with yourself, and how having that strong relationship with yourself is how you can give to others. When everything is good with your own heart, mind, and soul then you have the resources to start giving to others. Giving knowledge, love, affection, money, lessons. Whatever it is. If you don't have it in abundance for YOU first, then you won't have it to give to others.

Jim Ruhlman is the Executive Vice President of Michigan Sugar Company and he is also my Dad. He is a guy that grew up on a farm in the middle of nowhere and started as an intern at Michigan Sugar and worked his way all the way to an executive position.
