Russ Hovendick has been a national award winner within the recruiting and placement industry. In over 25 years of recruiting, he has developed exceptional relationships with Fortune 500, Mid-sized, and Independent organizations throughout the US.

Outside of recruiting, Russ, is very active in his church and community, serving as Treasurer for over 25 years, and volunteering as Chaplain in Jail, Prison, and Boys Ranch ministries. He and his wife Carleen have been married for over 30 years and have two grown children, with a son who is also active in the recruiting industry.
