Giving the firstfruits of our increase symbolises acknowledging God as the source of our blessings and dedicating the beginnings of our prosperity to him. “If the part of the dough offered as firstfruits is holy, then the whole batch is holy; if the root is holy, so are the branches.” —Romans 11:16

Like a sculptor chipping away at rough stone, God patiently shapes us into vessels of honor. Hebrews 12:1 is the chisel in His hand, urging us to cooperate, surrendering the unwanted parts of ourselves, until His masterpiece is revealed.

The fear of man paralyses you and it makes you honor man above God (1 Sam 2:27-30). But God is setting us up for a massive 2024 and this means honoring Him as we LOVE ONE ANOTHER.
