Sometimes we become stagnant in different situations and we must put effort to change the situation

Relationship are difficult and sometimes we go into a relationship with high expectations believing so strong that it can work or not expecting the other person’s rejection.

It is easy to speak was is true vs speaking truth! When you speak true words you focus on behavior of the person and say it like it is. Truth means “the quality or state of being true”

When life becomes overwhelming and you feel like giving up. Don’t give because breakthrough is around the corner.

Sometimes it’s hard to do soul work to heal our core. Introspection allows you learn search within and refine those areas that need refinement, healing and changing.

With so many people facing hard times these days we all can use some encouragement that can help us face the adversity or discouragement of the times we are living in. Be An Encourager!

When you share your dreams, visions or goals with people and instead of encouragement you are told that you can’t do it, or that it will not be successful. Follow your heart and do it! Don’t let anyone discourage you!

Sometimes we question why do we go through painful experiences and does God allows it. It’s hard to see the positive when experiencing trials and challenges.

Sometimes pain comes unexpectedly and we did not see it coming. Pain is necessary for our growth
