I always loved to Cook, however it was about 6-7 years ago That I started dating my stove and fell in LOVE all over again with my kitchen. The people who knows me will tell you that I am the Michael Angelio in my kitchen. One of my friends once told me! Girl you can make a  gourmet meal out of ROCKS.

And you know what she is absolutely RIGHT.

Growing up in Jamaica we never had a lot! One thing we always had was fresh foods, fruits,veggies and lots of love. All the things one need for a healthy LIFE. 

So excited for those early experiences

No matter where we have been or what we have done in 2014 we have only seven more days to put our new plan together for 2015.

God gives us GRACE and the Universe delivers it's promises to us .

Shahn Ahmad is founder of Teen Yoga Tribe, a community group based in London, UK. Shahn's passion is to help children and teens connect to their true spirit and be their authentic self in order to live a life of happiness and fulfilment. Each week, Shahn teaches yoga to 80 children and teens, aged 8 to 17. Her mission is to expand yoga and meditation to schools throughout London. Her dream is to travel the world teaching yoga to teens.

Shahn’s prior career for 20 years was as an accountant, working in the entertainment industry for companies such as Disney, Virgin and Blockbuster.

Just as we celebrate the seasons of the year, we need to be aware of the seasons in our life. Life journey is some what like parenting ! We have to modify our parenting style with the age of our child(dren).

Refusing to do so will oftentimes place us in difficult and challenging situations,with added stress and disappointments. Embracing each season of our journey allow for us to stretch and be prepare for bigger and greater things in life. Success is in our reach, however we have to be prepared for opportunities when they present themselves.

If we continue living in the morning of our lives we will miss out on all the wisdom and knowledge of our evening and night.
