Many teachers, school leaders and district leaders are trying to better understand the opportunity and achievement gap for diverse learners. They are committed to work hard to improve learning outcomes for these diverse learners. These episodes will focus on theh various strategies, practices and initiatives that teachers, leaders and the community advocates can implement to ensure that English Learners (ELs) are more actively engaged; are learning more academic language and are content; and achieving at higher levels in their classroom and thrive school communties.
