Fear can be the thing that holds up back from doing the thing we want to do. May it be going in and asking for that raise, or starting a new workout, starting that new business opportunity... The fear of what others may think, your fear of failing, or even the fear it you're past... I have been there myself. I have let all these beliefs come into my head too!! But I took a moment and remember my 3rd-grade teacher saying “you can do anything you put your mind to”... I might not look like your “typical” industry woman (whatever that is) but my heart, passion, and work ethic are there. If you put that together you can do anything!!
