There are moments in my life.. that weave through like spells, where I feel deeply introverted and I struggle to find my voice..

Sometimes they come from giving my power away to the mainstream because intaking of everyone else’s content as input..

And I actually forget myself. And forget to value my true nature.

I get caught in the game of needing to look like everyone else

To make sense To feel understood To win Be seen

etc..

Well, the way to break through all of that is by dropping in.

Dropping in with yourself can look like:

Going into silence, creating a piece of art, having a personal psychedelic experience, getting body work, sitting in a pipe ceremony, or hearing from a dear friend about how they sang prayers for you from a sweat lodge..

But ultimately, it happens — when we listenTo our soulTo our GuidesAnd to the Universe speak..

My soul work is unique, much like yours.

It has it’s own voice.

That voice is equally powerful + humble. Deeply personal, and Authentic.

And so are the soul practices that I lead. Vocal empowerment + sacred self expression work.. Has it’s own integrity, leadership, and depth of consciousness

It may never be widespread, praised or understood by the many

And yet those who enter my world come to me as if I am water In the vast dry desert
