In this piece I am reminded that kindness is not only always pointed outwards.

They say that charity starts at home and I think that in the same breath we are reminded that from within ourselves is where we generate our goodness, kindness, happiness and ultimately Joy.

It extends from within not without.

The Life escape has ended, and it is back to the land of the busy. The land of the busy-ness. In this episode I explore the meaning of presence, as defined and envisioned by me. I talk through the interesting aspects of well lived life, and the ever pulling effect of complacency and laziness. The inability of us to envision a life that is filled with positivity but not not devoid of troubles and hardship.

We need a timeout, in what ever form we can find.

Time to reflect, time to switch off. Time to just be.

Be present and Be you

Be honest with yourself, someone once the biggest lies we. tell is to ourselves.

Your future is in your hands, the present is in your actions. Yes there's YOLO and theres planning involved to a certain extent.

Dont be naive life is not easy but it is simple.
