Derricott is the Co-Pastor of Everlasting Spirit International Ministries alongside her husband Senior Pastor William L. Derricott Jr., a ministry dedicated to building God’s Kingdom by getting out what God has placed in each individual. She is known to live by example and dedicated to pushing everyone she encounters to their maximum potential in Christ. Co-Pastor by occupation is a nurse but she is also a Spiritual Mid-wife and a woman after God’s own heart. She has devoted years to counseling, teaching, and is a passionate diamond excavator by helping women who have been counted out to birth their God-given purpose, gifts, and talents-she calls them “Diamonds in the Ruff”. She is a wife, mother, conference speaker, vocalist, motivational coach, role model, and mentor. She entered ministry alongside him at Mt. Gilead Full Gospel International Ministries under the leadership of Bishop Daniel Robertson Jr. and Co-Pastor Elena Robertson, where she received her training, serving in many capacities for over 15 years, making an impact locally and globally traveling to Uganda, Africa; Nakasongola, Kenya; Kingston and Ocho Rios Jamaica; Sao Paulo and Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

She is the Vice President of Derricott ELPT Inc. Construction for over 18 years and the owner of the Boss Chic Apparel clothing line. Pastors William and Lakeysia are the parents of three beautiful children Praise Rejoice, Honor Yamakeh, & Hevin Lee who also labor in Ministry alongside them.

Our guest today is Littleton M. Hurst III, from Portsmouth, VA, but raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He shares the following: I am the first in my family to own a home, likely to be the first to make six figures. I am truly blessed. I grew up with my connection to God being very loose. I had no faith as I faced many shortcoming at an early age. When I matured into manhood absent of dad and mom it was only our Father, who stood in the gap and protected me from myself as well as the world. I am who I am today and not who I used to be in the past. That reflection may be from yesterday or maybe even a year ago but I promise I am better every day that I put my trust in our Father. Littleton is the father of a son and daughter and is a submarine repair supervisor with Newport News Shipbuilding.
