Empowering Emotional Freedom

The type 5 personality type are those who embrace being an introvert. These are the individuals who will go out of their way to preserve their internally invested energy. They are often times loners. They replenish their energy by maintaining some distance from others. These individuals are idealistic and they live in their heads. They have a way of separating themselves from their emotional experiences.

The type five personality types are intellectual and seek for stimulating conversations with those of the same mindset. The social type 5 seeks meaningful social interactions in search for knowledge. They view knowledge as something that gives their life experiences meaning and fulfillment. The dreamer of this personality type idealize their love interest as something of a romantic quality. They invest their time dreaming and therefore set higher standards or limitations on others in which they may not live up to the romanticized relationship. Those who are focused on self preservation, are more secluded and live more in their heads.

Those who have this type 5 personality places value on boundaries. They will put boundaires on everything. Sometimes a little too much to where their idealisim becomes unattainable for others. In turn they also respect others and their boundaires.

One of the hindering thought beliefs of this personality type, is that they only have an ‘x’ amount of energy to last throughout the day. They view interacting with others as means of depleating their energy levels. This thought process is limiting and imposses a restriction on human connection. This is one of their blind spots. In truth, they can have their energies replenished with the right people in their lives.

The 5 personality avoids those who are emotional. As I meantioned earlier, they separate themselves from their own emotions. They separate feeling and seek to retreat into their minds.

In order to gain a sense of balance, they need to observe their behaviors and want to change their isolation. Taking chances and feeling their ‘own emotions’ can give their lives more meaning and potential fulfillment that they cannot achieve in seclusion from others. We all want to belong. We all want to feel important. We all want to feel loved.

The type 6 personality type can be summed up as someone who is fearful and follows rules for security. They tend to seek friends who are strong and can protect them. Their normal disposition is that of fear and anxiety. It is a normal way of life for them. This type of person is hypersensitive and hyper aware to the possibility of problems that can occur. They are constantly on the scan for things to go wrong or for people to mislead. Their minds are focused on being prepared for the worse case scenario. They don’t trust easily.

Thoes who have this type 6 personailty type view themselves as being a realist. An outsider may view them as pesemistic. These people are great trouble shooters and can often mediate between two opposing parties. The fact is, sometimes they pick one side that is opposite to the person or party who they are associating with as mean of not letting someone get the upper hand. Subconsciously, they may not have a stance or opinion on anything. These people live in their heads and justify their behaviors accordingly. At times they overthink and then they overthink that they overthink. It creates a loophole in their mindset.

Internally there core emotions are that of fear and anxiety. They would prefer to live in a state of anxiety. By being left to themselves mentally, they may create problems in which there was no original problem. In overthinking Doom and gloom or worst case scenario it also can promote paranoia. Often times their overthinking creates problems that originally did not exist.

In order to gain some sense of peace of mind they form friendships or relationships with those who are strong or are in an authority position who can protect them. They view themselves as weak and therefore hope to have friends with the strong ones.

As I stated earlier these types of people live in a structured rule mindset or society. The moment those rules turn against them or doesn’t work out for them they wish to retreat and retaliate from those ideals. They constantly need a sense of security or belonging because I’m their chaotic minds they do not have it.

The more aggressive type of this personality type are those who say they’ve got no problems or fears of any kind. They will confront anyone within their path but subconsciously they live in fear.

In order to gain and maintaine a sense of balance they need to observe themselves in this habitual way of thinking. They need to see for themselves that their view is usually one sided and focused on one point. They do not see the others in a real way. They only see what they choose to see. Without this observation within themselves, they will remain in the loophole and wonder why their life is full of fear and anxiety. Balance is important to restore a sense of self and belonging. Without it you have an array of potential challenges that may befall upon you.
