Starting November off with a double whammy! Andy and Robert from Regal Rexnord join Charli on the pod today!
Andy comes to us with 15+ years of experience in high level technology sales and leadership. As the National Sales Manager for Perceptiv, he is responsible for full GTM strategy for all things digital technology related, specifically condition monitoring, asset reliability and machine health, helping his industrial customers improve their maintenance efficiencies and reliability. Before joining Regal Rexnord he was the Director of Digital Sales – Americas region for Grundfos, Inc., the largest pump manufacturer in the world, serving a similar capacity.
Robert joined Regal Rexnord in July of 2018. He has more than 20 years of experience in executive leadership, sales, marketing, and strategy. Prior to joining Regal Rexnord, Robert has been a company founder and held leadership positions across companies in manufacturing (Johnson Controls), industrial distribution (Interline Brands), and retail (The Home Depot). He has been involved with The Digital Value Institute, collaborating with highly accomplished CIOs and IT futurists on how digital strategies can create value across enterprises. Robert was previously the eCommerce initiative leader and Director of Strategic Marketing for the Regal Rexnord MCS Segment. He has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Flagler College and an MBA from Ohio State University.

As Product Line Manager, I’m responsible for the product roadmap and go to market strategies for Sundyne sealless pump product lines, to position them for growth in chemical, industrial and traditional energy markets, as well as emerging markets in renewables and sustainable energy production. Based at the Sundyne factory in Eastbourne UK, I provide the link between operations, NPD and external sales teams and work closely with our distribution network to make sure I’m in tune with market trends. With a BEng and MSc in Engineering, I have a passion for encouraging females and young people to enter STEM industries and mentoring others to support their professional advancement. In my current position and previous roles as Applications Engineer and Aftermarket Manager, I have gained expertise in centrifugal pump technology and related industry standards, along with various skills in team management, bid management and negotiation, troubleshooting/FMEA and business case development.

Mike McClurg is President of Load Controls, the leading provider of power sensors and controls to the fluid handling industry.
Prior to Load Controls McClurg ran Velocity Sales for Actifio (acquired by Google) and was Global Vice President of Sales for IBM’s Midmarket Sales organization. He previous had international sales management experience at EMC (acquired by Dell) and started his career in software development and product marketing.
McClurg has been named a CRN ‘Channel Chief’ four times. He has a BS in Engineering from Tufts University and an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Babson College.

Empowering Pumps Partner, UE's Joe Mancini joins Charli this week on the pod.
Joe Mancini is currently Director of Product Marketing but will soon be transitioning to the role of North American Sales Director, leveraging 30 years of experience at UE and in industrial process markets. Engaging with customers and learning about different industrial markets are Joe’s favorite parts of the job. That engagement led to launching UE’s first HART enabled transmitter, and managing the development of UE’s first gas detector – the wireless HART Vanguard. Outside of UE, Joe is an avid sports fan and loves to travel throughout New England and overseas to Europe with his family.

We are kicking off October Mondays with with Kevin Morrison from EBARA to get things moving as we learn how he quite literally came up in the industry.
EBARA Pumps Americas Corporation in Rock Hill, SC. With a deep-rooted connection to his hometown of Richburg, SC, Kevin leverages his extensive experience to oversee the Customer Service, After Market Service, Pump Application Engineers, Product Management, and Outside Sales Team departments. His primary objective is to drive growth by expanding the network of Distributors and OEM partners, while supporting existing customers and introducing innovative products. Under his leadership, he has strategically realigned the sales teams to target two key segments of the centrifugal pump market, resulting in a 6% sales growth over the last year and a projected overall sales increase of 12-15% this year. Outside of his professional life, Kevin enjoys woodworking, DIY home improvements, spending quality time with his family, and savoring all that life has to offer.

Brian graduated from the University of Alabama with a degree in Education for Secondary Mathematics. While in college, he was a member of the University of Alabama Cross Country team. He taught high school for nine years as well as coached track and field. He left teaching in 1999 to go into IT and started his own company about seven years ago.
In 2010, Brian started going to Uganda, where he fell in love with the people and the country. He now travels there twice each year.
Brian has been married to Shawn for 37 years (of marital bliss), and they have one son, Chase, who now is a police officer in Northport.
He is an elder at Capstone Church, where he is considered the “Old People” of Capstone.When he is not in Uganda, he enjoys spending time at their cabin on the Tombigbee and smoking ribs or briskets.
