Fear has a great effect on our souls. We can see that we don't always have our desired victory over disease, evil, malice or injustice. Yet God message is clear: He is our refuge and strength, he is with us in our trouble and so we are encouraged to "Be still."

Psalm 103 is a song of praise that David wrote. It's an encouragement to stir oneself to give praise and honor and thanks to the LORD. Look for the two reasons to praise the LORD.
