Michelle is currently the Interim CEO of Base 11, where she provides strategic leadership and direction during a critical transition and growth period to further the firm’s mission of empowering students and early-career adults to pursue STEM careers.
In her current role, she oversees all aspects of the organization's operations, fundraising, and diversification of earned revenue streams while maintaining positive employee morale and championing a culture of innovation. Michelle also leads the expansion of the Parity Project, a groundbreaking initiative that boosts students' awareness and access to training, mentorship, and funding in STEM-related career opportunities of the 21st century.
